Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains Installation - 2016 Nissan Pathfinder- Video
Today, on our 2016 Nissan Pathfinder we'll be doing a test fit of the Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains, part number TC2323. Our chains are made out of a nickel construction, so they're strong, durable, and rust-resistant. They're made into a diamond pattern so they give more tire coverage. The titan tire chains give you extra traction in snow and ice, and they have excellent stop and gripping power. The tire chains are SAE Class S designed to work with vehicles with restricted wheel well clearance and have a maximum speed rating of 30 miles per hour. Now that we've gone over some features, we'll show you how to get this installed. I've gone ahead and laid out my tire chains, just to make sure there aren't any kinks or breaks in the lines. Glacier Square-Link Snow Tire Chains Review - 2014 Nissan Maxima- Video
Today on our 2014 Nissan Maxima with tire size 245-45-18 we're doing a test fit of the Glacier square-linked snow tire chains, part number PWPLC1142. Now this is what the tire chains are going to look like when they are installed. They are made for low wheel, low clearance vehicles. To begin our install we've laid out our tire chains to make sure we don't have any kinks and that everything looks okay. When we put them onto our vehicle we want the flat side of our hooks on either side to be facing towards the tire so the hooks don't damage your tire at all. Also, these square links are going to be great for snowy and icy road conditions. These tire chains are made out of a low carbon case-hardened steel. more

Today in our 2014 Nissan Rogue Select, we'll be installing the glacier cable snow chain, part number PW2016C. This is the glacier snow chain, it's constructive, hardened, low carbon steel with spring rollers that wrapped around a sturdy cable and durable side cable. It can be installed on the front or rear wheel drive vehicles. It's got a low-profile design to give you a smooth ride. Here, on one end, we'll have the eyelets that our cable will go through and lock into place. The other end, over by the notches, that lock into the eyelet. Here's our tensioning lever. more

Glacier Square-Link Snow Tire Chains Review - 2015 Nissan Rogue- Video
Today on our 2015 Nissan Rogue, we'll be installing and taking a look at the Glacier Square-Link Snow Tire Chain, part number PWPLC1142. Now, before you install your tire chain, you want to go ahead and lay it out. As you see, it's a nice ladder pattern, so you want to go ahead and make sure the rungs are spread out, that'll just make it a lot easier when draping your tire chain over your tire. It features a nice square-link chain that runs from side-to-side that's really going to dig in to the ice and snow and give you superior traction. It's connected to the side chains with these hooks. You see, the hook goes toward the outside and on the back side it's flat and that's what sits against the side wall of your tire to keep it from getting damaged. Now that we've gone over our tire chain, we'll go ahead and install it on our car. more

Glacier Square-Link Snow Tire Chains Review - 2013 Nissan Altima- Video
Today on our 2013 Nissan Altima, we're going to review and install the glacier chain's square link snow tire chain part number PWPLC1138 on tire size P21555R17. Now to begin with our install, we're going to go ahead and lay our snow tire chains out. On one end of our tire chains are going to be our hooks. Here on the outside of the chain, it's going to be a leverage style hook where an open link will go onto the hook and will rotate back and hook into the outer chain. The inside chain is just a simple hook that will go through an open link. Here connecting the inner and outer chain is our cross chain. This is also our hardened square link style design, which is intended for superior traction on those snowy and icy conditions. more

Today, on our 2013 Nissan Ultima we're going to review and install the Glacier Cable Snow Tire Chains, Part Number PW1038. We're going to install these cable tire chains on tire size P21555R17. One of the really nice features about these tire chains is the low profile design. It will fit in where there's narrow wheel wells or even suspension that's really close to the tire. This will still allow for the tire chain to be in place and be effective. We're going to start with our cable chains laid out. All right today on this 2015 Nissan Rogue, we're going to show you part number PW1046. This is a glacier cable snow tire chains. We're going to take a closer look on how they install. First off, this is the cross bar right here and you can see there's a little gap right at the end here. We want to make sure that this stays towards the outside towards the ice and snow. On the inside there's actual printing that says your tire side and helps you put them all in place. Then we have the cylinders on the cable here and these rollers will move around as needed to give grip on a tire and the snow and ice. more

The cable chains are designed to fit both front and rear wheel vehicles. With the cable chain laid out, we'll go ahead and go over a couple of the features. The cross chain that connects to the sidewall chain will have a hook on it. We'll make sure that the hook side will face out away from the tire and that the smooth surface faces the tire so we don't have to worry about it digging into the sidewall. more

Well be installing these tire chains on tire size 265/70-16. Now since this vehicle is primarily rear wheel drive, well be installing the tire chains on the back set of tires. Well begin our installation by first placing the chain, flat it out on the ground, and undo any kings or tangles. This will ensure that the tire chain will fit correctly around the tire. Now starting with the yellow end of the tire chain, well go from the back set of the tire, up on the inside, and then bring it around the other side of the tire. Now up at the 12:00 position, well bring the two ends up and hook the two ends together. more

We'll first begin our install by placing the tire chains directly on the ground flat to undo any kinks or tangles. This is going to ensure that the tire chain will fit correctly around the tire. Now we'll go ahead and drape the tire chain over the tire, making sure it is centered and the hooks are facing outward, so that we don't damage the outer wall of the tire. Now we'll move to the inside of the tire at the 12 o'clock position and hook together the hook and link. more
